how much will YOUR LIFE matter?

When we all die, on our tombstone it has the year we are born and a dash that seperates it from the year we die. That DASH, represents the mark we made on this world. That small, meaningless dash represents how long we lived and how we affected the world. My question to you is, are you going to live your life in hate, anger, spite, jealousy? Lately I have seen so much hate on the web and it kills me inside to see how we can treat another person like complete dirt, or just talk complete smack about their beliefs and opinions. Does it really matter who wins the stupid argument? Does it really matter if you were “Right”? NO! In this world we all die alone and I sure as hell don’t want to live my life thinking about how much I dislike the way a person is or what someone does. Instead I challenge you to stop all the crap you talk about someone, if it’s negative keepit to yourself. Bring forth positivity; dont feed your ego by saying something or adding on to someone elses’s negative comments toward someone! Instead think WWLD What Would Love Do. (In my case it’s WWJD, but this isn’t about that) Our time is short, lets make our contribution to life worth something. Who wants to be remembed as that crude negative jerk or the one with nothing nice to say, or the one who brings everyone down? NO ONE, we all just want to be loved and I dont care how corny it sounds, it’s true and you know it! I am far from perfect, but I strive to be the best person I can be. We all make mistakes and sometimes our ego takes control of our thoughts and it gets hard to take control. It’s a practice, but if you can be aware of your negative self/ego, you are already banishing it from the present moment. Im not trying to force an opinion on anyone, or argue, im just saying how I feel. So I ask you, how do you want your dash to influence our world?
